RainTree Resort has event rooms to accommodate gatherings up to 1,200 people. We have flexibility to partition rooms for smaller events or keep them open to accommodate regional conferences or trade shows.

The Grand Orchids Ballroom offers 5,850 square feet of floor space. It is our largest configuration and is perfect for weddings, entertainers, regional conferences, professional speakers, trade shows or banquet receptions.

ORCHIDS

Orchids Room A offers 1,950 square feet of open floor space. It has a 12' ceiling. You'll also enjoy the convenience of internet access. The room works well for mid-size conventions, trade shows and business banquets. If your event requires a little more space, the retractable Hufcor sound proof walls open to reveal Orchids B.

Orchids Room B offers 1,800 square feet with the ability to connect to the Orchids A room. A good combination for business meetings. Also offers an internet connection.

Orchids Room C offers 2,146 square feet of open floor space with multiple doorways for direct access from the outside. Great for one-day or half-day events. Its size enables you to host a variety of events in comfort and style.
